 Classes

In my classes, you can expect a relaxed and calming atmosphere.

I will use my experience to guide you to get the most out of each session. I teach Hatha yoga classes, a style that is designed to align and calm your body, mind and spirit. I also teach a fortnightly Yin yoga class on Zoom, which is a slower-paced practice focused on the joints and connective tissue of the body.

In my 1:1 classes, I will tailor the practice of yoga to your specific needs and preferences. Together, we will discuss what your aims and personal goals are, and then I will work with you to reach these goals at your pace.
